Star Wars Juno Eclipse
Note: The information below is from my own universe which is a blend of old and new canon and it not to be considered canon in any other universe but mine. I should also mention that this character is canon (at least Legacy Canon) but its history is significantly different as far as my universe is concerned.
The image was acquired via a cut scene, screen grab from Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II
Note: The events of The Force Unleashed II are non-canon in the Shadow Wars timeline so the Starkiller Clone won't have had any influence on these events.
Name: Juno Eclipse
Age: 47
Homeworld: Corulag
Occupation: Pilot, Commander Air Group-Rebellion (formerly)
Affiliations: The New Jedi Order, The New Galactic Republic, The Alliance to Restore the Republic (Founding Member), The Galactic Empire (formerly).
Following the apparent death and surprising survival of Galen 'Starkiller' Marek, Juno and the fledgling Rebellion fought for two long years to build up enough of a resistance to fight the Empire. Most of this time was spent shuttling the Rebellion's leader, Galen, across the Galaxy on the Rogue Shadow. Galen and Juno were also lovers during this time. Some in the Rebellion would claim that Juno's position as CAG in the Rebellion was because of her fraternization with Galen. These claims would be abruptly negated upon seeing Juno in the cockpit of an X-Wing as she tore apart TIE Fighters, once downing an entire squadron without any support.
By Year Zero, Juno and the Rebellion had been trying to find a weakness in the Empire's new superweapon, the Death Star. The battle station's existence had been known to the Rebellion ever since Galen had rescued the Rebellion's founders from the station two years prior, but finally, the Rebels had acquired the Death Star Plans. It came too little too late however as Alderaan was destroyed by the battle station. After Leia Organa was rescued from the Death Star by a smuggler, a Wookiee, a young moisture farmer, and Galen himself, the Rebels finally had the plans in hand and a weakness was quickly found. Juno was named Red Leader, and would lead the attack on the Death Star. During the fight, Juno took the first shots on the Exhaust Port but her shot missed and she was forced to abort a second run when Darth Vader's Black Squadron arrived. The station was then destroyed by Luke Skywalker with the aid of Han Solo and Chewbacca.
Juno would fly with Rogue Squadron on a part-time capacity, yielding to Luke Skywalker as Rogue Squadron Leader. Juno herself continued to fly the Rogue Shadow, now sharing a bunk with Galen on the stealth ship, especially when the Rebellion was based out of Hoth. Juno would join in the defense of Echo Base from the cockpit of a snowspeeder, following Luke's orders but her snowspeeder's weapons would be damaged during the fight and was forced to land, abandoning the snowspeeder and moving on to prep the Rogue Shadow for departure. After rendezvousing with a Rebel Fleet under the command of the newly recruited Admiral Ackbar, she would transport Galen to Bespin where he'd foreseen Han and Leia walking into a trap set by Darth Vader. There Juno learned along with the rest of the Heroes of Yavin (minus Han as he'd been carbon frozen by Vader and handed off to Boba Fett for delivery to Jabba the Hutt), that Darth Vader was, in fact, Anakin Skywalker, Luke's father.
The following year, shortly before launching a rescue mission to rescue Han Solo from Jabba the Hutt, Galen finally proposed to Juno, the two becoming engaged. They were wed in (supposed) secret in the main hold of the Rogue Shadow with Admiral Ackbar presiding over the ceremony. Only Galen's droid PROXY was witness to the event although most everyone else knew what had happened as soon as they saw Ackbar leaving the Rogue Shadow. Juno then took the Rogue Shadow directly into the Battle of Endor which saw the death of Emperor Palpatine and the return of Anakin Skywalker.
Juno would remain at her husband's side, even in 6 ABY, shortly after the infamous Battle of Jakku, when both Galen and Juno disappeared into the Galaxy, their eight year mission to overthrow the Empire completed, now content to be together and raise a family. The two remained largely hidden from the galactic eye until 11 ABY when they finally returned, arriving on Yavin IV outside of Luke Skywalker's newly opened Jedi Praxium and bringing with them their 3 year old son, Kento.
Juno has remained at Galen's side ever since. Although she is in her late forties, Juno has truly aged gracefully, showing little to no wrinkles and any grey hairs are hidden amongst her natural blonde hair. She still answers to 'Captain Eclipse' and although her legal married name is Eclipse-Marek, most people still use her maiden name.
Juno's relationship with the rest of the Eclipse family though is mixed. Her younger brother, Solan, is arguably her closest relation that she's still on good terms with. Solan was an Imperial TIE Fighter ace during the Galactic Civil War but because of the fact his sister was the pilot to the most wanted man in the galaxy got him relegated to crap assignments such as shuttle pilot duty. It's how he ended up meeting his brother-in-law, Galen Marek, while shuttling an Imperial Officer (Galen Marek in disguise) from the surface of the Endor Moon to the Death Star. Solan, going by the nickname Sol'ar (a nickname spawned due to a misprint on his Imperial ID Card), would defect to the Rebellion and join Rogue Squadron for a time before finally earning a Squadron of his own: Eclipse Squadron which remains one of the Republic's Ace Fighter Squadrons well into the Shadow Wars.
Juno's parents had been staunch supporters of the Empire but over time they began to see the Empire's tyranny, especially when they saw wanted posters for their only daughter. When Alderaan was destroyed, their support for the Empire waned. They finally saw the Empire for what it was and quietly started using their influence to support the Rebellion. Unfortunately this support didn't last long as the Empire had been watching the Eclipse family ever since Juno's defection and had her parents executed for treason. Juno didn't learn about this until a month before the Battle of Hoth.
Her older brother however remained a supporter of the Empire regardless of its actions. Baron Tamrien Eclipse was next in line to become Governor of Corulag but after Juno's defection, was dismissed as a candidate. This made Tamrien hate his sister for robbing him of the title and position that he'd craved for years. Tamrien's loyalty to the Empire was so strong that he personally witnessed his parent's executions after their support of the Rebellion was uncovered. After the war's end, Tamrien withdrew from public life, quietly mourning the loss of the Empire. His wife was fed up with his behavior and divorced him, taking their daughter with her. Tamrien has been on the receiving end of more than one Force Choke from Galen whenever he and Juno would visit Corulag, especially when Tamrien struck Juno. This got him launched through a window before the Mareks finally left Corulag for good. Juno is still on good terms with her sister-in-law and her niece.
