Usb Cable For Keyboard Piano
 admin
My first mistake may be that I purchased a MIDI USB cable from ebay. I know nothing about it.
You should find out more about it.
First of all - what are you connecting? Your Mac's USB port on the one side, that's clear. But on the other side - is it a USB plug or a (round) midi plug? What's the output of the keyboard called? From what you write I'm guessing that you're not using a 'USB to Midi' cable, but a USB to USB cable - otherwise the computer wouldn't know you're using a Yamaha keyboard.
