So Im getting ready to start a new playthrough in Skyrim, and Im aiming for a Kingpin-esque Dark Lord (Necromancer Arch-Mage, Assassin, Thief, Vampire). My thought is to take charge of the darkest aspects of Skyrim, and I need a good suggestion for a player home mod that would be appropriate.

Okay so I've recently started reading The Dark Tower. I'm only on book 4 so please don't post anything that spoils it. But I was thinking Skyrim would be pretty cool with some DT themed mods. I don't know much about modding so I don't know what people are able to do but I thought I'd list some ideas and hope someone skilled can make them if they're interested.

Quest to get 2 more members for your Ka-tet
Lobstosiries to replace crabs maybe
Gunslinger armor
Maybe revolvers that shoot arrows
A dark tower in the distance (doesn't have to be reachable)
Thinnies
Wizards rainbow (the 13 glass balls)
Beans and guardians
Maybe a quest to hunt the man in black across skyrim

I'm currently playing on my girlfriend's PC, an AMD Athlon II X3 440 Rana 3.0GHz, 2 x 2GB DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) RAM with a SAPPHIRE 100283-3L Radeon HD 5770 1GB 128-bit Video Card. I would love to have these mods with that gear, but I know any ENB would be too much; I might add FXAA Post Process Injector for that box. When I get my SSDI backpay in a few months I plan on building a new PC to run this. I would appreciate knowing if any of these mods conflict with each other and which ones would be alright for my current PC. I did a bunch of research and took a page cluttered with scribble and sorted it into what I think is the ultimate mod list. Pardon me if it could be categorized better. Maybe you'll find something to add to STEP!

Dark Tower Game

Would SkyrimHD or the Project Parallax series conflict with the Town & Villages Enhanced? What does it mean by Project Parallax requiring ENB .108 or .112? Are Towns and Villages Real(which is recommended for T&V:E), Sharpshooters(I know it's resource intensive), Goddess, and Midhrastic ENBs just settings or something?
