Extract the textures folder to the Oblivion Data folder. Choose yes to overwrite. Uninstall: Delete the following folders in textures/armor blades chainmail daedric darkbrotherhood dwarven ebony elven fur glass imperialwatch legiondragon iron mithril orcish steel thief Will work on: Better Looking Weapons Better Looking Clothing Hope you enjoy.

UESPoints: 0 | So, I've scoured the Nexus and frankly I have yet to find a good looking set of Glass Armor. My main complaint is that Glass currently looks like heavy armor, but it's light! I'd much rather have some glass armor that looks like light armor, as in less bulky and awkward looking.
Does anyone have a good match for this?

UESPoints: 0 | Well, there are a lot of mods that only work for one gender, so are you looking for one for a male or female character?
If female, there's a couple of pretty good CBBE glass armor mods out there that look much lighter but are still tasteful.

Crown Helmets /downloads/file.php?id=5803 is also a pretty good mod (females only), changes the bulky glass helmet into something your hair can poke out of.

UESPoints: 0 | Search Skyrim Nexus for 'bingles buff male glass armor'; there are 4 variants included that reduce the pauldrons, arm & leg armor, which overall makes the armor a lot less bulky.

None the less, the awesome green and black volcanic armor from Morrowind was way better.

UESPoints: 0 | Glass weapons and armor are an ornate design: light and flexible, although very difficult to make and expensive. Glass armor is a lightweight armor created using rare metals studded with volcanic glass. The result is stronger than steel due to its ability to absorb and distribute shocks very well. Glass armor not only surpasses other light armor in strength, but is also superior to most medium armor (with the exception of a few Artifacts and some new medium armor added by the two expansions). The armor is favored by the Buoyant Armigers, and one of the only places it can be found for sale is at their stronghold in Ghostgate.
